Return/Refund Policies


{ Our Reture/Refund/Exchange Policies }

* We do NOT accept Exchange due to current pandemic health hygiene concerns.

* We Accept Return/Refund request within 14 days upon the day of the delivery, please contact us with the reason before send out the return item within the 14 days time period; The buyer will be cover his/her own return shipping expenses.

* Items MUST be returned to be eligible for refund.

* The Return/Refund item must be Unused, still with all original packaging.

* Return Item Tracking Information Must be provided to the Seller - Maxie's 

* Once we receive the item back in our possession we will inspect the condition of the item, and if the item qualify for the refund we will proceed with the refund process. Please allow at least 3 -5 business days for your bank to process and post the refund. (processing days for every bank is vary, please read your personal bank policies for more details)

* ONLY THE ORIGINAL MARKING PRICE will be refunded, shipping expenses will not be refunded.


{ Cancellation }

* We do Accept cancellation; all customers are free to request order cancellation within 12 hours period since the order was placed. After the 12 hours window period, the cancellation will NOT be accepted.

* After the order is shipped out by the seller - Maxie's, the cancellation will not be accepted.
